"Color didn’t match what I expected"
i mean, the color looked way warmer in person than it did on the website. It really wasn’t close to the pictures, so I was disappointed when it showed up.

"Not as soft as I expected"
I was expecting the hair from trynovahair.com to feel soft right out of the package, but it felt kind of rough as soon as I opened it. I tried washing it, hoping that would help, but it still felt dry and not very nice to run my fingers through. It ended up being more stressful than I expected because I really didn’t want to have to deal with fixing or replacing hair I just bought. Disappointing overall...

"Site was kinda annoying to use tbh"
I was just trying to look through the hair options, but the website felt slow and a little confusing. A few pages took forever to load, and I had to click around alot just to find basic info. The product pics were nice, so that helped, but the filters were kinda clunky and checkout could def be smoother. It wasnt terrible or anything, just not a super easy shopping experince for me

The hair itself is okay, but the length threw me off a bit. I ordered the 20 inch and when I checked it, it felt closer to 18 inches, at least to me. Maybe I measured it weird or maybe it just looks shorter once you actually have it, but either way it wasn’t exactly what I thought I was getting. I can still use it, so it’s not a huge deal, just kind of annoying. Shipping was fine though, no complaints there.

Not gonna lie, the hair looked decent at first, but it started shedding way too fast. I was hoping it would hold up better.

"Wish it was more consistent"
I’ve ordered this more than once, and the texture wasn’t the same each time. It’s not a huge deal, but for the price, you’d reasonably expect the product to be consistent from one order to the next.

"I really wanted this to work for..."
I really wanted this to work for me, but it just didn’t look very natural once I tried it on. The shine was a bit too noticeable in person, and the hairline didn’t sit quite right, which made me feel self-conscious about wearing it out. It may be a good option for someone else, but for the price, I was expecting a more realistic look

"Delivery was a hassle"
The hair itself was okay, but the shipping really took longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on most of the time. whoever runs this needs to make the delivery process more reliable because it made the whole experience kind of annoying.

"Heat styling just didn’t work out for me"
I really wanted this to work, but it was kind of a letdown. I tried using heat to style it and it just would not hold a curl, like not even for a little while, and then it started getting frizzy fast which was super frustrating. I kept thinking maybe I was doing something wrong, but after a few tries it just felt like I wasted my money

"Lace felt really thick"
I can’t remember if I tried it the same day it came in or the next morning, but either way the lace just didn’t work for me. It felt thick and kind of scratchy, and no matter what I did it wouldn’t melt into my skin. Maybe I gave it a few tries over a couple days, I lost track, but it still looked super obvious around my hairline

Support did end up helping me out, so I appreciate that. It just took a while to get there, and I was kind of waiting around not sure if... yeah. Good help overall, just slower than I expected.

"Looked fine, but didn’t leave me many options"
At first the hair looked decent, and I was actually excited to try a few styles with it since I had an event coming up that weekend and had already picked out my outfit way too early. But after playing around with it, there really wasn’t much I could do. The curls didn’t hold that well, and when I tried straightening it, the hair started feeling kind of rough and dry. It wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I expected it to handle styling better.

"Shipping was slower than expected"
The hair itself was okay, but the shipping process was frustrating. The tracking hardly updated, and it ended up arriving about a week later than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but if you’re needing something quickly, it can definitely be annoying. I was just left feeling a bit disappointed by the wait...

"Disappointed with the packaging"
My order showed up in a really flimsy box, and the hair pack inside was all squashed. I’ve ordered similar products before and never had them arrive looking this careless, so this was disappointing. Definitely not what I was expecting.

"Decent Hair, But the Shedding Tells Me Something"
The hair looked good at first, and to be fair, it’s not shedding like crazy or anything. But I do still notice strands coming out when I brush it or wash it. Reading between the lines, I feel like the quality is okay, just maybe not quite as strong as I expected for the price. It’s not terrible, but I was hoping it would hold up a little better.

"Refund process was frustrating"
I sent my return back, but the refund still hasn’t shown up. From the tone of the replies I’ve gotten, it kind of feels like they assume I’m just being impatient, which makes the whole thing even more frustrating. I just want my money back without having to keep chasing it

"Looks decent, but the fit was kinda off"
I ordered from Trynovahair thinking it’d be comfy enough for everyday wear, but eh, the fit wasn’t really it. The hair looked decent overall, so no complaints there, but the cap felt tight in some spots and weirdly loose near the back.
After a couple hours, it started bugging me around my ears, and I was lowkey adjusting it all day. Super annoying. It’s not the worst thing ever, but comfort-wise, it just didn’t work for me.
